Designed specifically for home photo printing, the PIXMA G660 provides a cost-effective alternative to cartridge-based printers, thanks to the MegaTank ink bottles, which deliver high page yields. Up to 3,800 borderless, snapshot-sized prints can be produced from a single set of inks. The use of Canon’s ChromaLife 100 dye-based inks means prints are more durable than those made with regular office printers. Two new dedicated red and grey dyes deliver a wider colour range, particularly in shaded areas, along with richer colours. Canon’s FINE print head technology ensures high image quality and stability.

The G660 is compatible with a wide range of media types, from double-sided matte to conventional glossy and semi-gloss paper. Users can also print on special media, such as Canon’s Magnetic Photo paper for personalising fridge magnets or on banner sheets up to 1.2 metres in length. The 100-sheet rear feed supports uninterrupted high-volume printing, while snapshots prints are delivered in just 47 seconds. The G660 also has a user-replaceable maintenance cartridge and the new GI-63

series MegaTank ink bottles also feature a fool-proof, key-type nozzle, which is unique to each colour to avoid confusion and require minimal effort to refill.

Managing printer settings is made easy by the two-line LCD display, while the handy Auto Power On/Off ensures optimal energy saving. Wi-Fi connectivity allows users to connect their computers, cameras and smart devices for printing photographs directly via the Canon PRINT App.  The PIXMA G660 will be available in Australia from end of April 2022 at Harvey Norman at an RRP of ASU$599.
